Peak Property Management and Real Estate
Peak Properties is a Property Management, Vacation Rental, and Real Estate company in Crested Butte, CO. Their website had little “first page” presence in Google. Peak Properties contacted Mosaic Web to increase their web visibility for select key phrases.
During our six-month agreement, Peak Properties saw significant improvement in search engine ranking for target key words, as well as an overall increase in the amount of traffic referred to their website from search engines, particularly Google.
At the start of the project, we identified 40 target key phrases. Peak ranked on the first page for only 8 of the phrases. After 6 months, Peak consistently ranked in the Top 5 positions for 25 of those key phrases. Mosaic Web also edited Peak’s Google Local Business Listing, which now appears in a variety of search results. Overall, traffic referred from Google increased by 12%.
